Open World built a creator-led ecosystem that embedded Spotify directly into gaming and lifestyle culture, making the platform feel native to how fans already experience music.
We activated around the moments that mattered most to these communities. From live creator events to major gaming releases and feature launches, Spotify showed up inside the content itself. Playlists were built live. Features were explored in real time. Cultural conversations became entry points back to the platform.
To sustain momentum, we built an always-on ambassador system that kept Spotify embedded in creator communities beyond tentpole moments. Creators had the flexibility to interpret Spotify’s tools in their own voice, making integrations feel personal rather than scripted. The result was continuity. Not one-off campaigns, but an ecosystem that reinforced usage, loyalty, and long-term brand affinity.
